EscortsPH.com Take It Down Act Compliance Policy

Last updated: 10th October 2025

Introduction

This policy describes how individuals can request the removal of nonconsensual intimate visual depictions (“NIVDs”), including AI-generated depictions (“deepfakes”), in accordance with the U.S. Take It Down Act, Pub. L. No. 117-314.

Applicability

This policy applies solely to requests made under the U.S. Take It Down Act. Requests under other laws, such as the EU Digital Services Act, the UK Online Safety Act, or privacy laws like the GDPR and CCPA, are handled under separate policies.

How to Submit a Removal Request

Any identifiable individual who is the subject of an NIVD, or an authorized representative, may submit a request by providing:

  • A physical or electronic signature of the identifiable individual or the authorized representative.
  • Identification of the depiction and information reasonably sufficient to permit us to locate it.
  • A statement that the individual has a good-faith belief that the depiction was created or distributed without their consent, and any information reasonably necessary for us to determine that lack of consent.
  • Contact information for the individual or the authorized representative.

Requests may be submitted to support@escortsph.com or through the in-platform “Report” function available on each profile. To use the in-platform tool:

  1. Click the three dots (…) on the right side of the profile.
  2. Select Report.
  3. Choose the reason that best fits.
  4. Click Report to submit.

All reports are confidential. EscortsPH reviews every submission carefully and takes all reports seriously.

Processing Timeline

Upon receiving a complete and valid request, we will:

  • Remove or disable access to the identified depiction within 24 hours; and
  • Make reasonable efforts to remove or disable access to any known identical copies.
